- comfortable private room with private bathroom - clean enough - very friendly, helpful, polite staff (family run guesthouse) - free drink water dispenser - outside of the party mile, quiet at night - motorbike rental available (350 pesos/ day) - only 4 rooms there -> only few guests to bother you

Definitely good value for money. Perfect for travelers who are on a budget. Owners are very helpful, kind, attentive, and overall very nice. Really good location too.
