The location of this property is excellent. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station and had plenty of amenities (supermarkets, bars, restaurants) close by. The area felt safe and we had no concerns coming back later in the evenings. Plus, once you have gained initial entry to the property (via a back gated courtyard) and collected the key you can then use the front entrance in and out of the apartment block onto the main street. The view from the apartment is amazing and the balcony area was a bonus. Something to note, the property itself was located on the 4th floor and there is no lift access, this wasn’t an issue for us but it may need to be considered for some. I personally loved the style and decor of the apartment, although it is looking worn in places and could do with some attention (ie lightbulbs that didn’t work, missing blinds, shower door kept slipping off runners). None of these things significantly affected our stay but they just made the apartment feel a little run down. WiFi worked really well. The owners were fantastic from booking to leaving, and communication was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I think it represented excellent value for money.
