Place in the city - oldtown is in the walking distance and there are bars and restaurants nearby. 2 WCs - good solution for bigger company. Kitchen utilities - you dont have to worry about anything if you want to make some tea or sandwich. Getting inside without keys - no worries about picking up the keys or waiting for the owner, you get in and get out with a code.
