A spacious, modern apartment with everything you need. Beautiful views from the windows overlooking a park with lakes. There's an underground parking garage, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and the area is calm and quiet. It's a 20-minute walk to the sea and about 40 minutes to the city center by tram – with a stop right in front of the building, which is super convenient. We were very happy with everything.
