Location is good, the view is over the industrial part of the city, the northern part. Close is a food hall with all types of food, nice for the breakfast time. The tram station is also accessible.

Location is excellent, it’s a must the food market which is a one minute walk! Has lots of restaurants under one roof! 5-10 min walk to the centre. Very good location and beautiful apartment.
