We had booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay during our trip to Scotland. Location is perfect, parking and house are easy to find, there are pubs, takeaways and Lidl nearby. Both rooms and kitchen were big, very clean, tidy, and beds very omfortable. We received clear instructions for directions, parking and access to the house. We will definitely be back when going to Scotland or visiting the North East.

Location good but not near a Metro station, really easy car parking (free), good directions and for the price I paid the room was super clean and comfy. Fridge in room and access to kitchen a bonus. I stop in Newcastle regularly and I am definitely intending to stop here again.

Good communication at all times with owner/manager.Room was clean and very comfortable,fridge in room a bonus.A communal kitchen was spotless and well equipped.This was my second stay and I would definitely book again.
