Comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies facing South and West with a view of Zugspitze. Edeka and Norma supermarkets are 5 min to walk. The city center of Garmisch and the train station are about 30 min to walk. The bus stop to Eibsee / city center is 2-3 min to walk. Riessersee is 25 min to walk (partially uphill), Kramerplateauweg (a hiking trail around Garmisch) is about 20 min to walk uphill. Alpspitzbahn and Kreuzeckbahn (cable cars, part of Garmisch-Classic) are 40 min to walk through a valley. We got guest cards after check-in (in a map with information) that gave us free travel on local buses. Buses to Mittenwand and Oberammergau were included, Eibsee Bus was not included in the guest cards.

Mountain view looks really amazing. You have a small balcony to sit on with plenty of afternoon sunshine. The access to the property was really easy and worry-free with a code for a key box. Towels and tourist card were included. The whole apartment is quite spacious. Couch was really comfortable. Garmisch Partenkirchen is a fun city with plenty to discover and a lovely mountainous area. Enough to do in the area!

We recently enjoyed a delightful 2-night stay at the Ferienhaus and it was nothing short of wonderful. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and comfortably furnished, meeting all our needs and more. It boasted a range of amenities that made our stay convenient and relaxing. Additionally, the balcony offered fantastic views that were a real treat to wake up to each morning. Its proximity to the bus stop made our excursions to Zugspitz and the gorge both easy and enjoyable. What really stood out was the seamless check-in process and the outstanding communication via the app, which were efficient and hassle-free. For anyone planning a visit to this area, I highly recommend this apartment for its prime location and excellent guest services.
