Marvellous and scenic, hosted by an absolute character and artist of life, Sir Max. Enjoy il dolce far niente in quiet luxury, timeless style and comfort.

Everything was just perfect. Idyllic location to stay against the shore of the lake. Breakfast was a good mix of fruit pastries and local cheese and ham, very relaxed outside, with the water occasionally lapping up the walls. The Villa has been renovated to a very high standard and is a very comfortable place to stay. Max, the perfect host, maybe the best host of anywhere we have stayed. Attentive without being intrusive, very knowledgeable of the Villa and the local area. Lots to do just walking from the door of the Villa.

Setting. Rooms Best breakfast ever Max & Francesca have provided a wonderful experience for guests. Attention to detail is seen everywhere. Operating at the level, or above that, of a small luxury hotel.
