The cleaniness and the bidet were the reasons we chose New Gardena. The reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was very well done!

Clean & spacious rooms, good bathroom toilet with bidet. Beds firm to my liking. Staff very respectful. Liked option of American or Japanese breakfast.
