Nettle & Fern is an excellent hotel with an in-house restaurant. It is centrally located in a quiet area and a 25 minute walk from MG Marg. There is a taxi stand right outside and a cafe next door. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy; breakfast was basic but good. The staff are courteous, kind and helpful, especially Dhiren, Rishi and Binod.

Heating plates in the room, breakfast spread, service of the staff, provided breakfast for leaving early morning, location - saved us plenty of money and most cab drivers live nearby, closeness to mg road but not crowded even during Christmas

Our stay at Nettle & Fern Hotel in Gangtok, Sikkim, was absolutely perfect! The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms equipped with all modern amenities, providing the utmost comfort. The highlight was waking up to the mesmerizing view of the majestic Kanchenjunga mountains right from our room – a sight that left us in awe every morning. The breakfast was a delightful spread, offering fresh and delicious options to start the day on a high note. The in-house restaurant deserves special recognition for its variety of flavorful dishes, ensuring every meal was a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always eager to assist. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel truly welcome. They also helped organize a well-planned and seamless tour itinerary, allowing us to explore Gangtok’s top attractions efficiently without any stress. From local sightseeing to recommendations for hidden gems, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Overall, Nettle & Fern Hotel combines top-notch hospitality, a comfortable stay, and a meticulously organized tour experience, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Gangtok.
