We booked a suite room. The room was spacious n has attached huge balcony that offers wonderful views of the mountains. The staff members are warm n the manager is efficient n prompt to customers needs.. The food was good too. Overall we had a pleasant stay

Our stay at Barfung Retreat had been great. We stayed in one of their suites. The rooms were huge, so was the balcony. The surroundings were calm and quite giving us the much needed respite to rejuvenate ourselves. The decor and facilities were wonderful and so was the food. The kitchen staff were very accommodating and followed our special cooking requirements

The property was very good location wise if you want absolute peace and only the sound of nature to accompany you. It is best to stock up on essentials because the nearest store is 20-25 minutes by car. The property was clean and the room we stayed in was huge with a big balcony where it seemed like we are in the middle of the jungle. The staff and the manager Mr Dinesh Thapa were very cordial and co-operative to our every request.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms spread across a large, green, hilly area. Perfect for travellers who want to stay away from the bustle of the market area but have it still be close and easily accessible. The staff is lovely, efficient and incredibly polite. We particularly enjoyed the view and local food! Highly recommend!
