Room size and value of money was satisfactory. room survices and cleaning was good. Hotel staff was amicable. Scenic outside of hotel from window of the hotel was awesome.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Outside view from rooms was excellent. Staff were helpful and responsive. My son fell ill and vomitted after our trip to Nathula. He was promptly served plain dal and boiled vegetables as requested. The hotel staff arranged pickup from Siliguri, sightseeing, transfer to Darjeeling and also onward transfer from Darjeeling to New Jalpaiguri. Overall satisfied with stay at White Hotel Lotus Gangtok ---- Ms. BINITA
