Clean, good facilities. Easy to use. Staff were lovely. Alan was exceptionally nice. We had a really hot room with no ventilation and he quickly accommodated us by moving us to a cooler ground fooor room. He was brilliant and so warm.

Clean apartments, new furniture. Full equipment in the kitchen. Nice relax zone in kitchen. Accommodation close to retail park and only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, 20-25 minutes from train station. Very friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had to leave early due to a family emergency and they made sure that I could check out as quickly as possible and get home. Then, to add to their helpfulness, they assisted me to transfer the room to a friend for the remainder of the booking. Really top notch.
