Staff was very nice and approachable. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean. There were no bugs which seems to be a problem at other locations on the island. Bedding was nice and cozy. Location in the center of the island was convenient and felt safe.

The man at the front desk (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was very nice!!! Gave us some advice about the city and remembered my name when I went to check out!

I did not know breakfast was available. I was able to book quickly, at the last minute. Receptionist was fairly friendly and efficient, the little efficiency was comfortable and well equipped.
