My husband and I spent a month in this room. It's a very quiet place. The apartments are on a separate floor, no one ever bothers or intrudes. The owners are very friendly people, always available 24/7. If you rent a vehicle, you will be provided with a garage, and the remote control from the garage will be with you 24/7. We rented a car to travel around the island. In the city of Nuwara Eliya, our bumper was hit in the parking lot. Upon returning to our apartment, we asked our owner to help us solve our problem with the car. The owner helped us a lot, went with my husband to his friends who repair cars, for which we thank him very much. If you need to wash clothes, they even provide a separate washing machine. We had cleaning once a week, which was enough for us. Despite the fact that check-out was before 12:00, we asked if we could stay until 16:00, since our plane was in the evening. We were allowed without any questions, thank you 🙏🏽😃 The owner drove us in his car to the Colombo airport.😀

You’ll be welcomed as a best friend with all your needs satisfied. Own floor, silent place, no neighbours disturbing, all mentioned facilities, cleaning when required, personal keys for 24/7 access. Big kitchen, washing machine are available, separate collection of garbage.
