We had not had any particular expectations before coming (partially due to mixed feedback on Booking), but I have to say we had a nice stay, the appartment (Tulipano) was clean, fairly well equipped, air-conditioning was working and efficient, the beds were comfortable, and if it wasn't so hot the terrace would be a nice place to spend time on. We were worried about the parking, but fortunately there is enough free public parking slots about 100m from the appartments. Two small or medium-sized cars can squeeze in front of the appartment, but I'd recommend bigger SUV's or Vans to be parked at the larger and easy-to-access public parking. Good walking distance from the Marina and Premium Camping Resport which is worth visiting on foot as those are the only beaches that are worth something in Funtana.
