What a place! Valkanela is a place where you want to stay with your family. Perfect sea for children, lots of amazing new playgrounds. Nature, surroundings, restaurants, helpful staff, everything is great. We are completely excited. Looking forevard for next vacation.

This is a superb seafront campsite with all the necessary facilities for both campers and backpackers. There is a large swimming pool and several smaller pools, which are ideal for small children. The campsite is huge, so it's easy to bring a bike or scooter. There is a Konzum chain grocery store on the campsite, with a really good range (drinks, dairy and meat products), as well as a large café and several bars on the beach. I recommend bringing and using slippers. The seabed is rocky and sharp. There are also sea urchins. There are showers with fresh water on the beach. You can also rent a SUP paddle board, motorboat, etc.

The accommodation is very good, we stayed in mobile homes and had a playground right in front, which is great for our two kids. Maistra offers plenty of activities for children and excellent beaches.

A lot of shadow, not to far from the water, decent beach, AC in the mobile home.
