spacious apartment with very quick access to public transport, transit road, grocery stores both chain and local bakeries, bars, etc. A bit annoying night traffic nearby. we closed the window in the bedroom at night but we usually live in a quiet place. An excellent convenience is a place in the underground garage

Really nice neighborhood, supermarket is very close. We discovered the island with a rental car and the place was a great starting point for that. Private parking is a huge plus!

The apartment is located right next to Fórum Madeira, which is great for grocery shopping. There is also a private marked parking space which was one of the main reason for booking so we didn't have to worry about our rental car at night. The Doca do Cavacas natural pools are just 10 minutes walking distance, a must-do! The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, large bedroom with wardrobe and mirror, a large living room and a bathroom with tub. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, and offered to give us any advice about Madeira that we needed. Given the prices in Madeira, it was a good deal for it's location!
