After payment is received, the invoice cannot be modified.Please note for non-refundable rates the pre-payment invoice will be issued under the name on the reservation, in case you need the invoice with a VAT number or with different details please insert that information on the reservation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to the sea and many shops as well as the old town area and there is a supermarket on the lower level of the shopping mall which is open till late. The pool area upstairs was great. We had some lovely food and cocktails there. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there however. The spa downstairs is very basic. The rooms are quite dull and our shower & bathroom door (one in the same) did not close properly. Both the bathroom and toilet area got soaked when showering as the drainage was slow too. There was a lot of black mould in a couple of areas. Overall I probably wouldn't return to the hotel, for a 5* we expected a lot more especially compared to past experiences in hotels.
