The villa was so beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Hely met us upon arrival and gave us a tour around the villa, explaining all the facilities to us. The property is on a hill but Funchal is very hilly anyway and the 10 minute walk into town got easier each time. As a previous guest explained, this is not a negative to the property but should be mentioned just for those with mobility issues or with small children. We did not request to have the pool heated but still found it nice to swim in after a long day out in the heat.
