The place is in the centre of Funchal, just opposite the Market. Everything was within easy reach: pedestrian distrct, shopping mall, Pingo Doce supermarket, bus station, teleferico. The apartment is really spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped: we found salt, oil, pepper etc... that we could use. The host was very helpful arranging our beds. Having two bathrooms is an added bonus. Although the place is in the middle of the town, we could sleep really well with closed windows. Getting into the apartment on arrival was not a problem as the owner had been there waiting for us.
