Everything! Apartment was lovely, spacious and modern. Had everything we needed. Excellent views of the sunset over sea and mountains. A large supermarket, bakery and a range of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Bus stops close by too. Walking distance to coast good too.

Spacious, bright, clean premises. Everything you need for a week's or even longer stay. Spectacular view from the window, big balcony. Although it was about an hour's walk from Funchal centre, there is a good local bus connection. Also the bus from and to the airport is passing by. And there is an underground parking place available! Local supermarket in 5 minutes walk, and a good choice of restaurants near by; some of them really good price and quality. And last but not least, a very nice beach, Praia Formosa in a walking distance.

Very friendly owner, we surely try to book with one of his apartments in the future while we come to madeira, because we surely will. We were able to learn a lot about how to manouver around the island and neighbourhood. His advices helped us to kickstart our journey.

The apartment was great for our holidays. We've spent there 10 days. It's really good equipped and has everything you need for a short and long term stay. The location is perfect: in quiet area, perfect for relaxing, although sometimes you may hear the cars sound, it's close to the supermarket (5min) and walking distance (10-15 min) to the beach and promenade. We've really enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on the terrace. The host Jaime was very helpful and welcoming 🙂
