Superb location with magnificent views of Funchal. Excellent host who greeted and recommended restaurants. Selva's was a superb we went twice, great food, great value, easy to get to (with car). Near to by routes to centre of funchal and other beautiful places like Monte (don't miss the gardens) and Pico de Barcelos. (Great restaurant in old telegraph/radio station. The apartment is cosy and very well equipped, everything you could need including an electric citrus squeezer. Great value compared with other accommodation I looked at in Funchal and I would definitely stay again.

We really liked the location overlooking the town. The terrace provided great views during breakfast and dinner.

There was everything needed, dishwasher cubes, laundry capsules, lots of towels. You get exclusive use of one floor of the house with private entering, on the floor below lives the owner.

Very nice hosts. Very nice view on the terrace. We arrived at midnight and the host was so kind to offer us something to eat for breakfast.
