Great location, friendly staff, lovely pool, stunning views, clean and good size rooms. But most importantly is how helpful the staff were when I left behind my Apple Watch. I called from the airport and the receptionist asked me to call back in half an hour once she had someone check my room to look for it. When I called back she said they found it but as I was at the airport I was unable to return to collect. I asked if I paid postage could it be returned to me in the UK. She told me to email my information over which I did and I asked to be sent a payment link. The hotel posted my watch back to me the next working day, without even asking for payment. I couldn’t believe it. No one is ever this helpful. I just want to say a huge thank you to the hotel staff for being helpful and so kind. A fantastic choice of hotel for your trip in Madeira and made better by the amazing customer service 🙏🏼

Amazing view from the 11th floor. Easy to access, had parking and close to amazing food options. Would stay here again.

The view from the 8th floor was amazing!!! The room was huge and clean Massive balcony The hotel building was overall very clean, smelled nice Staff at the front desk was friendly Gated parking in front of the hotel A lot of restaurant possibilities around
