The location was fantastic and we can recommend the two restaurants just in front of the building. The bed was very comfortable and shower worked well. Great view from the balcony as well.

The apartment is in pristine condition, spacious, clean, well equipped and very well maintained. Lido is one of the best locations in Funchal to stay as a visitor. It was my second stay in this apartment and I hope to be back here again

We wanted to experience Madeira as though we lived there and this apartment was perfect for that. The view from the living room and balcony is to die for (if you love looking at the ocean). The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook the majority of our meals. There is a washer and washroom and clothes dry pretty quickly, so don't pack as much as you originally planned. There are 2 Pingo Doce markets within walking distance (we went every day LOL, they have hot food too). We were able to walk to old town, the marina, and also the Forum mall- but we walk a lot so take that with a grain of salt. Rui was a fabulous host, I added him on WhatsApp and he responded quickly. I hope to stay here on my next visit!

location was amazing and views from the balcony. very well equipped kitchen and tidy. very central and supermarkets very close by. quiet area but with lots of restaurants and bars around. amazing car park for Funchal
