The location of the property is excellent. It has fantastic views and it is easy to get to and from Funchal by foot, bus or taxi.

The house is perfect for a family or group of friends. It's really comfortable and has everything you need ( for cooking, washing, hairdryer and straightener! It's in a residential area of the town away from the main hotel area. The pool is excellent but would advise to get it heated if travelling before July. The bus stops at the top of the driveway ( steep if anyone has mobility issues) and a weekly ticket is great value. Carlota was so helpful with all our annoying little questions.
