A nice place but not perfect. The house is centrally located and you can walk to the city centre easily, which is very handy. The garage is amazing, as parking in Funchal is problematic. The house itself has a strange layout with almost no windows downstairs. That would not be a big issue, if the lights were a warmer shade than white. Some basic kitchen utensils were missing and we had to buy both garbage bags and dishwaher pods, as we only got one from each. Likewise, there was no shower gel or shampoo. There were two terraces, which offered nice views and it was especially handy for New Year’s fireworks. Welcome bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. Overall, 8 stars out of 10.

The villa is beautiful, modern, large enough even for 6 people. It was a very pleasant stay here. The crew was very helpful, so kind and pay attention to everything.
