The staff were absolutely amazing. Even when there was a language barrier, they worked hard to help me. I couldn't figure out the issue with my faucet and the front desk lady came up to show me herself. It was very nice. I was upset with the room, and while she couldn't help me with that, she was very understanding. The location was amazing. Right outside a train station and close to lots of amenities. And the neighbourhood was nice. I hope this hotel pays their staff well, because they deserve it. They are the main reason I stayed at the hotel for my whole stay here.

De check in service is really easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. Also, the location is very close to Hakata station so it's very convenient.
