I like that the property resides next to the canal, where the view of the city was easily accessible. (Book the room that has m access to that view of the canal). The facilities and service were good, unfortunately the accommodation lack information on where laundry can be accessed. I had to research and found that the neighbouring accommodation had the coin laundry facilities that can be access by the hotel patrons.

It’s in a great location overlooking the river, Canal City and yatais’. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and a calming design. Close to many restaurants, shopping areas and the subway The afternoon tea was superb, don’t miss it! The staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
