I like the location and the fact that even if the hotel is a bit old, we were given a room that doesn't look dated. The sheets and beds were very comfortable, and the staff were nice.

-Very clean and spacious room for 3 people. - very nice breakfast where there is local fare which is very nice. - very grand hotel and friendly and helpful staff although hotel receptionists whom we have spoken to speak very limited English. - very accessible to food establishments and shopping malls. Excellent location.

We had a corner room which was a good size, clean and set up to our specifications. High floor with a nice view over the gardens The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is a buffet and one of the best we have had. I am gluten free and the first morning the chef and a staff member showed me all the GF dishes. The next day the staff remembered when I arrived and the chef had cooked an additional hot dish that was GF and for all guests. Excellent location.
