Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Onsen was nice but basic compared to most other hotel onsens in Japan. Free airport shuttle and driver were good.

The ladies-only room was cozy! Very cute with sakura prints. They also provided a Dyson hairdryer and Sekkisei facial products, so it was a very luxurious experience. The frontdesk staff were very friendly and tended to all my questions. There's also a public onsen, but the waters weren't the hottest. Lastly, they provide a shuttle service to the airport, but make sure you book in advance because there are limited seats (it's a van).

Room is big enough for a solo traveller. It's not very far from the domestic airport and the hotel offers free shuttle bus to the airport (domestic). There's a small public bath too. Free coffee is a bonus.
