Location is super near to shopping..below is Lawson, next is Tenjin Fukuoka Shopper mall and a bridgeway to Minamall! walk to station is like 5to7mins only. The apartment has a large closet that can fit and stack-up up to 6 to 8 Large luggages! It has a washine machine and dryer as well!. Layout is perfect. Will definitrly comeback and recommend this place.

The location is great, just next to Aeon Mall and Tenjin underground street mall Facilities in the unit are helpful, i.e., washing machine, dryer and etc

Location was great. Close to train lines with a convenience store right downstairs. Washing machine was handy as well as the clothes drying bathroom (check the manual in the kitchen). Quiet location too which was surprising. Make sure to take a pic of the final screen when you have registered in the lobby, you will need that number to open the key box.

Location was excellent to access the underground mall and explore the city. On site facilities such as hair dryer and washing machine were useful. Spacious to stretch out for a few days, as were the two double beds.
