The bed (Serta Brand) was super comfy and the shower pressure was great. You can even soak in the bath tub. Bath salt is available for free at the amenities corner. They also have packets of body lotion to sooth your dry skin. Thanks for the great experience.

Almost everything. The staff is friendly. The facilities are user-friendly. The number of sockets are more than one can expect. Wifi speed is satisfactory. Room size is ok considering that it is in Japan.

Good location. The breakfast is particularly outstanding. I've come back the fourth time simply for the breakfast.... it has a personal touch somehow.

Room is clean, staffs are nice, bed is comfortable but thr pillow is a bit uncomfortable, very good location, it's close to Hakata station. Only 7 mins on foot.
