The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.Guests must check in by 23:30. The front desk is closed from 23:30-07:00, so check-in is not possible during this time. Check-out is possible 24/7.The hotel's restaurant (Gourmand) is closed during the winter season. When the restaurant is open, a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance to eat breakfast at the hotel.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Prime location to all the tourist spots. Room was big and spacious, just what we needed with 4 suitcases. We arrived really early to check in as we had a hire car, and the staff were lovely and let us get a head start on our washing prior to our check in, and it was washed and dried just after we checked in. Beautiful staff and very peaceful accommodation.

The room was nice, big. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered a taxi for us for the next morning. Would have views of Mount Fuji on a clear day

10-15 minute walk to the amusement park, could see Fuji from the window on a clear day which was amazing. Rooms were the biggest I've stayed in, in Japan. Very comfy bed, very friendly staff!
