The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, but it operates on a point-to-point basis and has limited availability. It is conveniently located near a supermarket and a pharmacy, about a 10–15 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke Mandarin, which was a plus. The rooms were comfortable.

The rooftop balcony and the beautiful view we got from it, the amazing staff they were super friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for Fuji Q highlands, the whole villa was perfect for our stay and in a great location, we will definitely be staying again in the future.

The location was excellent, being so close to Fuji-Q Highland. The place and rooms were very clean and exceptionally tidy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome.
