The staff who manage the structure, the view of the Fuji from the hotel, the room old style Japanese. Don’t forget to try the onsen

Incredibly welcoming staff, great breakfast, onsen and lovely Japenese style room with the best view of Mt Fuji (weather permitting). If you’re after an authentic Japenese experience you should stay here. Even without a view of Mt Fuji it is worth the stay with all of the additional touches.
