The view from our room overlooking the lake, with Mt Fuji in the distance, was very beautiful. Although the hotel was old, this was not important due to its position, and the extremely kind and helpful owner and staff who made our visit very memorable.

Lovely friendly staff. Perfect setting and beautiful views in good weather. Good facilities including a wonderfully warm onsen. Really enjoyed my stay.

The calm location was really nice, and the view of Mt Fuji was incredible! We loved the renewed bath and the roof terrace. I would definitely go again :)

We had amazing clear view of Mt Fuji!! Staff were wonderful. The owner himself was actively involved in the operations.
