Everything was great, from the staff to the facilities and where it is in a forest by the lake, with views of Mt Fuji.

Dinner buffet included crab which was delicious. Onsen is small but with very nice small outside bath.

Breakfast is good and location is great, however it's a bit far from public transport so make sure to arrange and avail of the hotel's shuttle service,

Mt Fuji is right in front of the hotel entrance & there is only 1 room #03-100 of the main building which you can wake up to be greeted by Fuji Yama. The breakfast & dinner buffet feeds well but menus is the same for everyday. Both the indoor & outdoor Onsen is great.
