Very spacious for a family of 4. Excellent sleeping arrangements, with tatami and heated mattresses in two big rooms. There were two toilets, one shower and another bath! The kitchen was also very good, with proper utensils, cooking stuff and nice dining table and chairs. The location was amazing, very close to the lake, convenience stores, train station, supermarkets and coin laundry. The owner was also very responsive and immediately sent over someone to check out an issue we encountered with the electricity supply.

Excellent location. 5 mins away from Kawaguchiko station, 5 mins away from Lake Kawaguchiko. Really nice and big house, has all kinds of amenities inside. Has a good restaurant right next door. Recommended both for family stay, as well as with a group of friends, if proper cleanliness is maintained. The staff at the restaurant nearby (probably related to the house) were very friendly in storing our luggage for a few hours after check-out.
