The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Although we arrived with a delay they were still able to swiftly arrange our transfer, prepare our room and our meal as well.

Hospitality was fantastic, staff were really attentive and catered for every need right from the start. Facilities were great and what an amazing location. The onsen was the best we visited in the whole of Japan.

Staff very welcoming and service guest is absolutely outstanding. Guests are treated well and like king. Shuttle service is limited, but okay from train station.
