Friendly and great service. Staff helped us to carry luggage down the slope to our accommodation in the rain. Facilities very clean and complete. Love it. And the room simply superb! Comfortable and the view was breathtaking with Mt Fuji.

This property is outstanding! I took my 10 year old boy for his Birthday and it was perfect. The accommodation was absolutely amazing, with so much thought put into the facilities and the views were breathtaking. The owner of the accommodation was the kindest and most helpful man. He let us use 2 of his bikes to get around on and nothing was too much trouble for him. It's best to get a short taxi ride from Fujikawaguchiko Station to this property and then just get around on a bike.

Absolutely everything. The dome was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The kitchen/bathroom were fully stocked and so easy to use. The beds were so comfortable. They have thought of everything. Definitely hire a car and you won't be disappointed. There were both mountain bikes and leisure bikes to hire that my partner had an excellent time on riding around Lake Kawaguchiko. We were actually teary to leave this wonderful place! Thankyou for the trip of a lifetime.
