Staffs are very kind and friendly. I’ve faced some problem with my lost baggage at Haneda airport last few days. They‘re willing to help me to contact with the driver and CKTS when I'm asking them for help. The villa also quite big and very clean, no need to worry about the time management. I only used 15mins to prepare and go out cause of too many toilets, Love Fujinokura Village❤️

It’s a very comfortable place for a big group. Plenty of rooms, beds and toilets. Place is big and has everything needed for the stay.
