The room was spotless, the mattress very comfortable, and the view of Mt. Fuji made the stay truly memorable. Facilities include a public bath, which was a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was also very good — overall, a great experience!

Location is good, great view on Mt. Fuji, it is a tad out of the center but not an issue. Price is correct compared to other places. Easy check in and out. Wifi good. Clean.

Location is great. Shuttle bus from hotel to station was great. Convenience store and big shopping mall nearby. all car rentals nearby. Onsen was amazing. Staff were super helpful.
