The room was clean and new.we hardly needed to bring anything because the hotel provided everything. Although our room didn’t have a view of Mt. Fuji, the view of the lake was just as beautiful. I really enjoyed the rooftop foot spa, where you can get a full view of Mt. Fuji. The public bath was also quite spacious, clean, and well-equipped.Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Staff and location are perfect.

Our host Ryo was amazing and made us feel very special on our honeymoon. Being able to see Mt Fuji from the balcony bath tub was an incredible experience. They also accommodated my wife's vegetarian menu requirement, and experiencing traditional Japanese food was great too.

The location was ideal—conveniently situated yet peaceful. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a delicious and diverse selection of both local and international dishes. The ryokan-style accommodation added a unique cultural touch that made the experience even more special. The traditional elements, the tatami mats, yukata and kaiseki Japanese dinner provided in the room, offered an authentic and immersive experience. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from all members of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently treated with genuine hospitality throughout our stay.
