Fantastic location. Easy free transfers to and from station. Dinner buffet includes high quality wine and spirits and non alcoholic drinks. Excellent evening meal.

The food at the buffet was excellent, the staff were excellent and professional, I had a message at the spa and it was also excellent. The view from the rooms were amazing and I loved the traditional feel/tea room in our hotel room. The location on the lake was beautiful and serene and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Overall, I thought the stay was exceptional and I really enjoyed my visit.

Got the lakeside view which was beautiful. Even though mt Fuji was clouded the lake view mountains were clear. Really liked that there is an observatory to also be able to see mt Fuji even if you hadn’t booked that room view
