This was a quiet area and had plenty of room for a family. Close to the lake and a rose garden.

The communicaton from the accomodation was excellent! The house was just what we needed for a rest. The view is hindered by the house in front but still you could see some of the lake and the sunset over the nearby mountain was so beautiful. We loved hanging out on the front porch. Also, we had a 1 yr old with us and the toys and kids books that were there were just perfect for her! It was easy to get to and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

The property sits in a quieter area, away from the main hustle and bustle of Kawaguchi. However, it’s central enough to explore both the northern side and tourist hub efficiently. There’s a few restaurants in the area for lunch but they do open and close when they want to so you’re not always guaranteed. The tatami room was a lovely addition to the lounge and made us feel like we were in Japan. However we loved the northern side of the lake and will look for accommodation there next time.
