Everything was as you'd expect from the images. Lovely flat, nice and clean, staff were really helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and we all got a good sleep. Check in and out was very simple. The location is great, as the hotel has everything, but you can travel for 5 minutes in either direction and find shops, cafés, restaurants.

We traveled with three children, one of whom was less than a year old. We really liked the apartments, better than in the photos.. The owner responded quickly and efficiently in the chat. The hotel staff registered and answered any questions themselves. It should be borne in mind that the apartments are private, the hotel does not service them, but you can use everything that is on the territory - towels, water, ice cream, sun loungers, parking, but the hotel itself does nothing inside the apartments. You need to live on self-service, but for us it was not a problem. We had a great rest, comfortable and spacious apartments, comfortable large beds, three full toilets, sockets where necessary. The view from the window is excellent, not the sea, but you can see a piece of it. Sufficient number of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave, the only thing we did not find was scissors. Excellent well-kept territory with greenery and a walking area, service at the level of a good five-star hotel. Without any problems, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later than the appointed time. The beach is comfortable, breakwaters guarantee the absence of waves, a bit boring, but this is the case in the Emirates almost everywhere The WIFI is very fast, it catches everywhere on the territory of the apartments and the hotel. There are inaccuracies in the description - the apartments are definitely larger than 36 m2 and there is no coffee machine.

We stayed 3 times in different residences at Address Fujairah and so far this was the best. Well furnished apartment, with many small details that make you feel like home. Room locations are convenient, the residence building is at a short distance form main facilities which make it perfect for relaxing stay As per the hotel itself, you get full access to pool and beach facilities, there is 1 a la carte restaurant for dinners, 1 buffet and dine-in options (much better than buffet and will cost you the same, strongly recommend) The place is perfect to stay with kids, there is playroom (chargeable) and playground, separate swimming pool. The apartment is spacious with own kitchen, which combined with hotel facilities is a great value for money

I like the location and the beach / pool access was allowed for us. I love also that we really had a relaxing time and good sleep.
