Nice surroundings, beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Building's security is very good. Kitchen is ok equipped. Fridge and freezer are spacious. Pool is very nice.

The location is very good in a quiet residential area. Birds chirping, green views, far from noise, but still walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and even center of Fuengirola. Train station is 10 minutes away if you are not an eager walker. There is a gas heater on the balcony (no instruction, but familiar to the Finnish people). Apartment is equipped with a toaster, kettle, micro, oven, cooking stove, washing machine. Kitchen is quite new. As well as the two bathrooms. There is a private parking lot with a few places (not designated, so first come-first served basis) and you get a key to open the gate as well as a parking permission. That was very handy and we did not have a problem finding a spot there. Pool was possible to use in the end of April already. But it was still rather cold. Kids do not care. 200 euro deposit is collected in cash on the spot upon arrival (no written confirmation of this given though), but refunded without any problems when all is well upon check out. The greeting lady and the checking-out one were precisely on time and friendly.
