The modern decor, space, comfort and cleanliness. The bed was very large and the flat well appointed with coffee machine (incl coffee) , dishwasher and washing machine.

Excellent accomodation in Friedrichshafen. I stayed for a business trip for a couple of days. As I was travelling with my dog, this was a much more comfortable solution than a hotel would have been. The apartment is brand new, spacious and well lit. It has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine with courtesy pods. It will be first on my list for future visits.

Great apartment, one of the best we have been in. Host was so kind and helpful, he provided us also a playing cube for our kid. Outside of the apartment there is very nice resting place and playground for kids. Parking was reserved for us close to apartment.
