The location (for what I needed to do) was great, I liked the secure, underground parking and the staff were unfailingly helpful. The beds were comfortable and the overall presentation of the room was fine - clean and tidy (though see note in "didn't likes" re bathroom.

I don’t understand the awful reviews because I had such a pleasant experience. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The housekeeper in the next morning gave us more time to get ready and to check out . The bed was large enough for 2 people , the bedding was white clean . The bathroom was perfect . I will definitel be back

It's close to the main train station, which is what we wanted. I suggest to ask for a room that's not next to the street, so you'll have it quiet.
